Valentine's Day Cocktails!

Master mixologist and author Nick Mautone is pleased to share three GREY GOOSE Vodka recipes to stir up Valentine’s Day this year.

Grey Goose Midnight Moment
1 1/2 parts Grey Goose Le Citron
3/4 part Kahlua
3 parts passion fruit puree
1 lemon twist
1 small cluster of red currants
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with lemon twist and currants. Enjoy by candlelight.

Grey Goose Lovesicle
1 1/2 parts Grey Goose L'Orange
1/2 part Licor 43
1 part ruby red grapefruit juice
3/4 part simple syrup
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, place the syrup & rosemary, muddle well. Add ice & all ingredients. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice and watch the sunset with your partner in time.

Grey Goose La Poire Pair-tini

1 1/2 parts Grey Goose La Poire
1 part Parfait Amour
1 1/2 parts passion fruit puree
1 part lemon juice
1/2 part simple syrup
3 raspberries
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosted & beaded with sweat. Strain into martini glass, garnish with raspberries and savor with your Valentine!

Cointreau, Cointreau, Cointreau

The Original Margarita
Pour into a shake with ice:
1 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. tequila (I recommend Herradura)
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Strain into a salt rimmed margarita glass.
Garnish w/ a lime slice.


Cointreaupolitan
Pour into a shake with ice:
2 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. cranberry juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
Shake & strain into a martini glass.
Add a zest of orange peel to the glass.

El Jimador Spicy Paloma

1 1/2 oz el Jimador Blanco
4 oz Sprite
Splash of fresh lime juice
3 dashes of Tabasco
Add all ingredients into highball glass filled with ice.
Stir to mix.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
